Whew! That a lot of stuff once you look at it all written out. On top of going to the museum and playing with chalk, we have also gone to the library, taken a road trip, and played with cousins (I'm sure some pictures will make it up soon). Since we are in Houma, we will try to get to the Waterlife Museum. We will also probably knock off going to a wedding this weekend as well....
I hope you are all excited about the summertime and spending some extra time with your tots. Let us know what you are up to lately! We may need some new ideas if any (or all) of ours fall through. (And to any Houston moms, if you are interested in tagging along for any of this, please let me know! The more the merrier!! And if you are not a mom, well, same applies to you as well.)
If you were in Idaho, you could add two baby showers to your list of things to do (over the next week or two). We'll miss you!
ReplyDeleteit'd be cool for us to join you with a #7 of our own and help out with your #44 on our way. but i don't think it'll happen. 60 things is a ton of things... but i think most of those sound do-able in the next 60 (or so) days!

It was a lot to think of! I have to admit that I took some shortcuts and put down things that are already on the schedule or that are things we do anyway. But that just means that we have fun anyway, right?!
Deletejust fyi: i heard about 180 gasps (of amazement of imagined fun) when i read this to the kids...
ReplyDeleteand now jones wants to know if HE CAN GO to the "lego store". we never knew there was such a thing!
My boys love the LEGO store. It's a bit out of the way from where we live, but once a year on their birthdays is not too bad. And just so you know, they also love to go to Target and look at LEGOs. LEGOs are LEGOs.

ReplyDeleteBatfest, #34, was awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt was quite awesome. I think the small crowd made for a really intimate time and a great view.
